As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Marci

Marci Schoenberg moved to Central Oregon in 2005 from Portland after working 17 years at Nordstrom in various management positions in different cities. In 2005, she became a real estate broker, and currently works out of the John L. Scott office in Bend. With more than 400 closed transactions, Marci is an expert negotiator and knows the Central Oregon area well. Additionally, Marci has experience in property management, so she is well-versed in the rental market.

Clients appreciate Marci’s follow-through and open communication, as well as her deep knowledge of the lending, appraisal and inspection process. Making a “human” connection is important to her in today’s noisy multi-device world, and Marci says her clients know she cares about their needs at the end of the day. Marci wears many hats in her role as a broker – from counselor to life coach and mentor, she finds great satisfaction in the knowledge that she is helping others through major life changes.

Giving back to her local community year-round is important to Marci. She volunteers monthly, cooking dinner for families at Bend's Ronald McDonald House, and also volunteers at numerous functions supporting the organization during the year. Throughout the year, she collects toiletries for Central Oregon Veterans Outreach and collects food and pet supplies for Meals on Wheels and Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend. Marci also coordinates a Fill A Backpack for the organization A Precious Child for children in need who are going back to school.

Marci is a single mother of a daughter in a wheelchair, so she is very passionate about attending events in the area that can inspire children like her own, and she also advocates for making events more open and friendly to differently abled individuals. When she’s not attending events, volunteering or working, Marci enjoys RVing around the state of Oregon, fishing, hiking, biking and kayaking.

Reviews

“We moved to Bend recently and Marci was amazing in helping us with the entire process of buying a home. She was always available for questions and really listened to our wants and needs. She took us to view many different homes and found the perfect match for us. Then she was right there all the way through closing and beyond with a stellar attitude and helpfulness. Thank you Marci!”
